Who We Are?
Ken Ajoku is the CEO of HGPropertySourcing, and has been investing in property for over 25 years. Ken and his team leverages their experience, knowledge and contacts to help investors thrive.
What We Do?
We are fully compliant property deal sourcers. In a nutshell we source lucrative property deals that stack up and make financial sense. These may include (but are not limited to) Below Market Value (BMV), Buy To Let, Rent To Rent, HMO’s, Rent To Serviced Accommodation, Purchase Lease Options, Commercial opportunities (for example ground floor shop with uppers) and land developments.
How we help
We provide an end to end service. Which means that for each deal due diligence would have been carried out, in the case of refurbishments professional and vetted development teams will be suggested (if required), you will have access to our finance and mortgage power team as well as our compliant legal team, in addition to that (in the case of property flips) you will also have the option of being able to tap into our database access to 500,000 active buyers.
Who are HG’s packaged property deals for?
Busy professionals wanting to get involved in property but may not have the time or experience to source, view and negotiate property deals, due to work, business or family commitments. We aim to get our investors between 10-25% ROI.
